There are many claims of healthy life choices but which ones will actually give you long term results? Recently I came across this article in Maxim.com which reiterates what I said earlier about fad diets and that they don’t work.
The Maxim staff wrote an article on “Reboot your life” in the health section of Maxim.com. The staff hit some great points that are worth looking at. They also said the only thing that creates a healthy lifestyle that works is exercising and eating healthier.
In this article the Maxim staff also gives some tips for the four seasons on how to improve your health in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Many of the tips I agree with but there some I don’t. Maybe just 2 or 3, that’s not so bad. But, you should check out the article and decide for yourself and see what you think.
