Staying true to yourself is all about admitting to your faults and weaknesses followed by a strong desire to overcome these obstacles.
When you get caught up in bad routines this causes a domino effect in your mind and you lose the ability to stay focused. Once the ability to stay focused is lost, you now are falling into even a deeper trap.
By staying true to yourself at times you have short comings… you will find great success with the outcome. For example, if you are trying to lose weight and you find yourself running to the cookie jar several times a day, by just being honest with yourself and admitting you have a weight problem this can be the turning point for you to win the battle over the lack of weight loss you keep facing day in and day out.

Remember, giving in to your weakness is never an option and quitting is for losers and you are not a loser!
