Do you have the recipe when it comes to staying committed to your goal?

Staying committed to your goal has 2 simple ingredients:  Focus and the end result.

If you’re a goal setter, you know having a strong mental focus will give you positive end results.    Many times, it can be difficult to stay focused because of your busy lifestyle.  In fact, Staying committed to your goal can be challenging most of the time.

Usually, not staying committed to your goal and giving into temptation is a lot easier when too many distractions surround you.

If you find yourself distracted and finding it hard to staying committed to your goal, remember this one easy step to staying committed to your goal:  FOCUS, FOCUS AND RE-FOCUS on the end result.

Success is measured in different levels for each individual.  If we  look at weight loss management program as an example, than consider this scenario:  Think of a person who  exercises and is eating nutritious foods daily.  Now, look at an overweight person who needs to lose weight because it is effecting their livelihood.  If both parties are in weight management programs, consider, the goal and end result will be successful for both, but more or less, the person who needs to lose weight will have a bigger celebration when they look in the mirror and see pounds shed off their bodies.

Likewise, the individual who exercises and eats nutritious foods on a daily basis is also succeeding because, when they are tempted to eat high cholesterol foods, they just say NO!  But, this is a normal daily routine for weight loss management, and their success will be celebrated differently.

Staying committed to your goal will always bring you positive results because it’s something you believe in and want.
