Green Smoothies are loaded with Omega-3′s

Did you know leafy greens such as spinach are high in Omega-3′s?

Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids which are necessary for human health.   But, your body can’t produce them alone.  Omega-3′s can only be brought to you by foods.

Research shows that omega-3 fatty acid may help lower risk of chronic diseases such as  cancer, arthritis, and heart disease. Omega-3 fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and help with cognitive and behavioral function.

So, how do you know is your lacking omega-3′s in your diet?

Here’s 7 Symptoms a person may have if they’re missing the essential omega-3 fatty acids in their diet.

  1. Heart disorders
  2. Fatigue
  3. Depression
  4. Memory loss
  5. Dry skin
  6. Poor blood circulation
  7. Irritability

Guess what?  All of these problems could be easily fixed!
