Must Read “Made To Crave” by Lysa Terkeurst

I came across the book Made To Crave by Lysa Terkeurst driving home from work one evening, while listening to a Christian radio station.  Lysa Terkeurst was describing the contents in her book, on the radio station, in a way that struck a chord with me especially.  I felt this type of information is necessary for every family to hear.

Check out Lysa’s YouTube video about her new book she just released.

Lysa’s book is more related to woman than men.  But, if you’re a man, don’t let this stop you from reading this life-changing lesson on how to overcome your unhealthy eating habits by increasing your spiritual empowerment.

The book Made To Crave is not meant as a resource for the best diet plan or a how-to manual.  The whole purpose of this book is to guide you along the way with whatever diet plan you choose.  Lysa Terkeurst describes her book as “a book and Bible study to help you find the “want to” in how to make healthy lifestyle changes”.

This could be the stepping stone for your on going weight management problems affecting  you daily.

So, if you are ready to encounter a spiritual empowerment to bring you closer to God, while surpassing your toughest dieting obstacles, than go ahead and check out Lysa’s blog and grab yourself a copy of  Made to Crave by Lysa Terkeurst.
