Stress and anxiety? Follow these 2 simple techniques below to eliminate it!
With so much craziness going on in the world today, it can be extremely difficult to enjoy the simple things in life. Do you find yourself feeling all out sorts, overwhelmed by stress and anxiety? Don’t allow the daily negative circumstances to prevent you from enjoying the simple things. Many of us get surrounded by people who try to pull us down, with their negativity, and low self-esteem.
Stress can can have a major negative effect on our well being. Many come in contact with stress first thing in the morning. This could be by the “road rage” you get from the person who just cut you off on your way into work. Or it could be the worry of bills not being paid on time. We all have different stress points and levels. What makes it even worse is if you allow stress to frequently come into your daily routine, it makes the task of getting rid of it that much harder! It will be more of a challenge to learn how to relax and enjoy the simple things in life.
You must, without hesitation, learn how to shut the door on stress immediately when circumstances arise. Let go of all of the worries and concerns, that suffocate your well-being, day to day.
If you keep going on living in a depressed, stressed out state-of-mind, you may find yourself with many health problems down the road.
I would like to share with you 2 techniques that I use to calm myself down, and create more energy throughout the day. These techniques only will take a few minutes of your time each day.
- Start by eating a healthy breakfast
Watch this 3 minute video below to see how I start my day with a powerful green smoothie drink, which tastes out-of-this world!
2. Start breathing properly!
- don’t just take shallow breathes, take deep breathes of fresh air
Here’s a quick tip on how to take deep breathes of fresh air:
What I want you to do first is place your hand on your diaphragm, this is right below your rib cage. Now, take in a deep breathe SLOWLY, and hold for 5 seconds. You should feel your stomach “diaphragm” move, while you transfer the air to your chest. Now, exhale slowly for 5 seconds!
Repeat this technique for at least 1 minute, or until you feel the stress and anxiety leaving your body.
Many of us, especially when stressed-out, only take in shallow breaths of air. This restricts the oxygen we need for our blood flow, which in turn, takes away the energy we need to delete the stress.
Your results will be remarkable if you follow these 2 simple techniques. What else can be simpler than eating a healthy breakfast and breathing properly? NOTHING!!!
What you should expect:
- More energy
- Clear healthy thoughts
- Increased oxygen/blood flow- to eliminate sickness
- Enjoying the simple things in life!
Let me know how you make out, so share your results down below.
Eat Healthy and Well,
