Why Eat Raw Food?

So why eat raw food?  3 Reasons Why:

  1. Raw foods are alive.
  2. Raw food creates life.
  3. Raw foods are loaded with vitamins and enzymes.

RAW FOODS = LIVE FOODS

Most of the foods we eat today are DEAD FOODS!

Our society believes eating cooked vegetables are good enough to supplement those missing vitamins and minerals in their body.  But, what they don’t realize is the fact that most of the essential enzymes are depleted or wiped-out during the cooking or heating process.

Did you ever notice when you steam broccoli or any  green vegetable the water inside the pot is green in color.   What does this tell you?  Simply, most of beneficial nutrients are left behind in the water.

One of the best ways to add more raw foods to your diet is by drinking them in a green smoothie.  I myself find this to be the best way for adding live foods to my diet.  Plus, not only does blending the fruits and vegetables into a green smoothie have tremendous amounts of nutrition in them, they taste great too!

So why eat raw food?  Because it creates a healthy life and it makes you feel good.  What can be better than that?  Absolutely nothing!
